– Studio Masachuka Limited was established in 2012 by Masahiko Morikawa, an experienced garment maker with Japanese roots –
Most of our clients are start-ups and independent designers and companies who are passionate about fashion. Originally collaborating with a fashion designer, we know how exciting and fun running a fashion label can be, but on the other hand we fully understand how difficult it is to start and keep the business going.
We are passionate about what we do and we take pride in being a garment maker.

PATTERN CUTTING

We make patterns in various ways but mainly we make them digitally by using CAD called Alpha Myu. We also offer toile making and fitting services.

SAMPLE MAKING

We make a sample in various finishes depending on your design and target market.

Note: If you’d like to use your own pattern, we might not be able to offer sampling service due to quality maintenance.

SMALL PRODUCTION

We don’t require a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), giving you more flexibility and less pressure.
